At The Cocoma, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural coconut materials. Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of their uniqueness.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor variations in texture, color, or finish (due to handmade nature)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or damaged products (not due to shipping)
- Customized or made-to-order items
Return Process
To request a return:

- Photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection of returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days

Replacement Policy
- If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
- Replacement depends on product availability
Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our error → We bear the cost
- Otherwise → Customer may bear return shipping cost
Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package looks damaged:
- Do not accept delivery, or
- Record a video while opening the package
